Permit a teacher to access student work / games to be able to check on progress
From the teacher dashboard and classroom area, allow the teacher to see and access the projects / games developed by each student and allow the teacher to be able to push them to share.
174 votesCurrent plans are to allow teachers to review stories submitted by students before they can be shared.

"Password" protect student profiles
Students sometimes log into other student's profiles and then spend that profiles coins or play through puzzles, which messes up that profile's progress.

Password Manager does not work in your log in
Hi hope you allow copy paste in your log in. This will allow us to input easily to your application. It's such a hassle having to encode password.

Make a guide for badges
My daughter wants to get her badges. After nearly 200 pets in pet pals, we cannot get 3 of them which from searching seems to be the Chinese New Year pets.
We hit a glitch with a tire knocking him off the screen yet no hit a glitch with a tire badge.
Get all hats in pet pals. Again with 200 pets still missing one.
Someone plays your project through a link. Have permissions set to share. Where is the share stamp or whatever we need?
As I help my 5 yo and she is so excited to get badges…

disable to ability delete profiles without a password
I wish the ability to delete profiles was not avalaiable from the student profiles. My kids have been deleting each others profiles. Consider adding this to the teacher/parents profile only.

Let users turn off music while keeping other game sounds on.
Creating a setting for users to turn off music while keeping other game sounds on would make the app more usable and enjoyable in a wider range of environments and situations. The music can be intrusive to others not playing, but playing the game without any sound is less engaging.

Homeschool Parents to have the Teacher Curriculum
It would be great for homeschooling parents to be able to set up their classroom. As a parent paying for this instead of enrolling my son in a coding class, it would be great to be able to direct or lead him as opposed to handing him the tablet and letting him play for a while.
I do believe 'free play' is very beneficial, but it would also be great to know how to help him down the path.

Explain what it is my child is supposed to be learning with each game.
Like how it is relative. Where it fits into coding. Because it really doesn’t seem like there is any learning here.

Debugging Explore Game: Debug Derby
I've seen someone ask for a racing game in CodeSpark Academy, but I know it would never be put in, because that wouldn't have anything to do with coding. But what if you thought about this: A racing game in CodeSpark Academy, in which kids must debug certain coding problems around town as quickly as they can to earn fuel, which will speed up the car that they are racing in. I think it sounds cool and debugging is a big thing kids need to learn about coding, and it would make a great addition to the collection of activities…

Allow teachers to print student progress from Dashboard
Currently can do this by printing the webpage, but some teachers would like a more obvious, presentable way of printing student progress.
- other dashboards let teachers export student progress into a PDF or CSV
- helpful for specialist teachers for submitting grades
